Safety & quality

Cityterminalen works hard to ensure your comfort before, during and after your bus trip. Taking the bus is the safest way to travel on our Swedish roads because passenger safety is our priority.

Since 2004, all new buses that are taken into use are equipped with seat belts. According to the law, all passengers are required to use a seat belt, if one is available. It is the bus driver's responsibility to ensure that children and youth under 15 years of age use their seat belts. Seat belts save lives!

The bus driver is responsible for the lives of many passengers, so adapting the speed to regulations and, prevailing weather conditions is a matter of course. Many buses are now being equipped with alcohol specific interlocks.

Quality
As a traveling passenger, you are Cityterminalen's and the bus carriers' most important customer. That is why we always want you to enjoy traveling with us. We have experienced drivers who are punctual and service-minded. The buses are subject to regular overhaul and cleaning in between bus rounds.

If something is out of order, please report this to Customer Service at +46(0)8-762 59 97, or directly to the bus company.
