Lost property from buses and the terminal area is brought to Customer Service and then sent to Bagport. Drivers are expected to check the bus upon arrival at Cityterminalen.
Lost items remain at Customer Service for about one day. After that, bags and items are sent to the Bagport Lost and Found. Valuables such as wallets and passports are handed over to the police.
