Customer Service can help you find arrivals and departures, as well as timetables and basic tourist information. They are also in charge of lost and found, safe deposit boxes and escorting the visually impaired.
The customer service office is located in the middle of the main hall on the bottom floor. Terminal staff is often found elsewhere in the terminal, assisting travelers and answering questions.
